Orders & Purchasing

Simply add your chosen piece to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer for larger orders. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at copperstandardau@gmail.com if you need to make a change.
Every Balmain Mint piece arrives in a presentation box. If you are purchasing as a gift, we can include a personalised message — simply add your note at checkout.
Yes. Every Balmain Mint series is released in a limited quantity. Once a series closes, it does not reopen. Each piece is individually numbered and recorded in our registry at the time of production.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is available to select countries — please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability to your location.
Due to high demand, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for dispatch. Once dispatched, standard delivery within Australia takes 3 to 7 business days. All orders are dispatched with tracking and full insurance.
Yes. Every order is fully insured for its purchase value during transit. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, we will replace your piece or issue a full refund.

Authenticity & Quality

Every Balmain Mint piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, a unique serial number, and a holographic authenticity sticker. You can verify your piece at any time at balmaинmint.com.au/pages/verify.
Our copper is 99.99% pure copper, independently verified. The exact purity is stated on both the product listing and the Certificate of Authenticity.
We recommend storing your pieces in the presentation box provided, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Copper develops a natural patina over time — this is part of its character, not a flaw. Handle pieces with clean, dry hands or cotton gloves to preserve the finish.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless a piece arrives damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and piece. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
