Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every piece we make. Our policy is simple and reflects the nature of what we produce.

Our position: Balmain Mint pieces are individually numbered, certified, and prepared specifically for each order. All sales are final unless a piece arrives damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Pieces

If your piece arrives damaged as a result of transit, or is defective upon arrival, we will replace it or issue a full refund. This is the only circumstance under which a return or refund will be accepted.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at copperstandardau@gmail.com with your order number, clear photographs of the damaged piece and packaging, and a brief description of the damage.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be accepted.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. Every Balmain Mint piece is a limited, numbered release. Once purchased, it is yours — and the series moves forward without it.

Tamper-Evident Seal

Every Balmain Mint piece is sealed with a tamper-evident security seal at our facility. Any piece returned with a broken or compromised seal will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order enters our preparation process and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at copperstandardau@gmail.com if you need to cancel.

Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
