Shipping & Delivery
Every Balmain Mint piece is prepared, inspected, and dispatched with the same care it was made with.
Please note: Due to exceptionally high demand, current dispatch times are 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order. Every piece is individually prepared and inspected before leaving our facility. We do not rush that process. Your order will arrive exactly as it should.
Dispatch & Handling
All Balmain Mint orders are dispatched from our Sydney facility. Each piece is hand-inspected, sealed, and packaged in its presentation box before dispatch. Due to current demand, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details via email once your order leaves our facility.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, standard delivery within Australia takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.
Express delivery options are available at checkout. Express dispatch prioritisation is not available — all orders are prepared in the order they are received.
Insurance & Security
Every Balmain Mint order is fully insured for its purchase value during transit. All parcels are dispatched discreetly without external branding, and require a signature upon delivery.
We do not leave parcels unattended. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your order will be held at your nearest collection point and a card will be left with collection details.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability and applicable duties or import taxes for your location. Balmain Mint is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or delays imposed by international authorities.
